Our products are covered by the Spanish warranty, providing 3 years of coverage exclusively for manufacturing defects.
We are not responsible for breakages or damages caused by misuse or excessive force applied to our products.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully inspect the product before daily use and ensure that the purchased item is suitable for their dog and intended use.
The warranty does not cover damages due to wear and tear or other factors unrelated to product quality.

Products must be unused, in perfect condition and returned with their original tags attached in order to be eligible for a return or exchange.
If the requested size or variant is unavailable and the product belongs to a current collection, we may be able to offer it as a made-to-order item. In this case, we’ll reserve your exchange and make the product especially for you, with an estimated production time of 3 to 4 weeks.

Delivery times depend on the destination. Orders to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands are typically delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
For the rest of Europe and worldwide, delivery times vary depending on the shipping service selected.
Both domestic and international orders are processed and dispatched on the next working day.
