The warranty does not cover damages due to wear and tear or other factors unrelated to product quality.

Shipping is a free service on all orders placed from mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
Returns and exchanges due to reasons unrelated to Branni Pets incur a fee of €3.90 or €3.40, depending on the collection method (Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands).
It is important that the products are unused, with the original tags attached, and in perfect condition.For international shipments, exchanges and returns, as well as customs duties, tariffs, and taxes related to transportation, are the responsibility of the customer.
If Branni Pets incurs any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes on an international return, these will be deducted from the refund for the returned item.

The delivery time depends on the destination. Generally, for the mainland and Balearic Islands, orders take between 2 and 3 business days.
For the rest of Europe and the world, the delivery time varies depending on the chosen shipping company.
All domestic orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed and shipped the next business day.
International orders are also processed and shipped the next business day.
Note that delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond Branni Pets' control.
