How beautiful are the walks with our dogs! It's a fun and liberating time for both parties. You clear your mind from a hard day's work or start the day with fresh air. Your dog enjoys a moment with you, with other dogs and running from one place to another. Walks, in addition, are the 'pee and poop' moment and we are responsible for leaving our environment clean and cared for. Never forget to take a bottle of water to clean the urine and some bags (preferably biodegradable) to collect the excrement. With our bag holders you can store the rolls of disposable bags so that they do not unroll in your bag or jacket pocket. Place a roll inside the bag, take the end of the first bag and take it out through the back hole of the bag holder. Then close the front button. Every time you need one you can stretch it from the back without having to take out the roll every time.

Our products are covered by the Spanish warranty, which offers 3 years of coverage as long as the defect is manufacturing-related.
We are not responsible for breakages or damages caused by misuse or excessive force applied to our products.
It is the customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the product before daily use and ensure that the item purchased from our store is suitable for their dog and its intended use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear or other factors unrelated to the product's quality.

Shipping is a free service for all orders placed from mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
Returns and exchanges for reasons unrelated to Branni Pets have a cost of €3.90 or €3.40, depending on the collection method (Mainland and Balearic Islands).
It is important that the products are unused, with the original tags attached, and in perfect condition.For international shipments, returns and exchanges, as well as any customs duties, taxes, and shipping-related fees, are the customer's responsibility.
If Branni Pets must cover customs duties or taxes for an international return, these will be deducted from the refund of the returned item.

The delivery time depends on the destination. Generally, for the mainland and Balearic Islands, orders take between 2 and 3 working days.
For the rest of Europe and the world, the delivery time varies depending on the chosen shipping company.
All domestic orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed and shipped the next working day.
International shipments are also processed and shipped the next working day.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond Branni Pets' control.
