Shipping policy
We use safe and reliable logistics companies to ensure efficient delivery at a fair price.
• For Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and Portugal: We partner with GLS and UPS.
• For International Shipments: We work with UPS. Transit times are estimates provided by the respective logistics company. Branni Pets is not responsible for any delays once the order has left our premises.
• Issues: If your shipment experiences any delays, losses, or other issues, please contact us at orders@brannipets.com, and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that we cannot process any claims for lost packages if more than one month has passed since the shipment was dispatched.
• Return Policy for Incorrect Address or Absent Recipient: If the package is returned due to the recipient being absent or an incorrect address being provided, return costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Branni Pets is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or policies related to the destination country.
