Our products are covered by the Spanish warranty, providing 3 years of coverage exclusively for manufacturing defects. We are not responsible for breakages or damages caused by misuse or excessive force applied to our products. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully inspect the product before daily use and ensure that the purchased item is suitable for their dog and intended use. The warranty does not cover damages due to wear and tear or other factors unrelated to product quality.

Shipping is free for all orders within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
You can request an exchange or return through our returns and exchanges portal by accessing your customer account.
Returns or exchanges for reasons not attributable to Branni Pets will incur a fee, depending on the collection method (mainland Spain and Balearic Islands).
Products must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and with original tags attached.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all return and exchange costs, as well as any customs duties, tariffs, and taxes associated with transportation.
If Branni Pets must pay customs duties, tariffs, or taxes for an international return, these costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery time depends on the destination. Generally, orders to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands take between 2 and 3 working days.
For the rest of Europe and worldwide, delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping carrier.
All domestic orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed and shipped the next working day.
International orders are also processed and shipped the next working day.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond Branni Pets’ control.
