How to earn points with us?
There are several ways to do this but the first thing you need to do is to Create an account with us. For that alone you will receive no more and no less than 100 POINTS! Go to the MY ACCOUNT section and register (if you are already registered, log in).

Sign up = 100 points
Celebrate your dog's birthday = 200 points
On every order = 1 point for every euro spent
Refer a friend = €10 discount for you and your friend
How do I redeem my points?
You can do this in different ways and depending on the amount of points you have accumulated.

When you want to redeem your points for prizes, you should do so in the following way:
1. On the main menu, go to the Rewards.
2. Click on Ways to redeem.
3. Choose the reward of your choice and click on Redeem .
4. Your rewards will appear in the Your rewards. Choose the one you want and it will be applied automatically.
ATTENTION! You will not be able to use two rewards at the same time, so choose the one you want to enjoy.

1. What happens if I return an order, do I keep the points I have earned?
If you place an order with us, earn points for it but then want to return all or part of the items, those earned points will be deducted in whole or in part.
2. I have made a purchase by redeeming my points (or part of them) but now I want to return the product. Would I get those points back?
Yes, in the event that you have benefited from a reward by redeeming accumulated points, they will be returned to you if you would like to make a refund for that purchase.
3. Can the points be accumulated with other offers and discount coupons?
No. Points cannot be accumulated with other discount coupons from different campaigns on the website, although there may be exceptions depending on the type of campaign.
